1. shipping coverage

PUDU Official Store currently supports shipping to selected regions, including the United States and Canada.

 

Available shipping options may vary depending on product type, destination, warehouse availability, and order value.

 

Most U.S. orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse. For certain products or destinations, orders may be fulfilled from other PUDU-designated warehouses.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

For bank deposit or wire transfer orders, processing will begin after payment has been confirmed by our team.

3. shipping fees

Eligible orders over $99 may qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States.

 

For single orders under $99, shipping fees will be calculated based on the customer’s shipping address, product weight, package size, and available carrier service. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

 

For Canada orders, shipping fees may vary depending on product type, destination, actual package weight, package size, and warehouse availability. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

For Canada orders, import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges may apply.

 

Unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout, any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

PUDU Official Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid import-related charges.

We currently do not ship to all countries or regions.

 

For U.S. orders, free shipping eligibility may not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations.
